Too,bosses were ridiculously easy in RO.So now,I'd make harder ones, with more moves. I'd like that they returned the punch-throw as main attack for Rayman, like in R1.I really don't like the little punches, because they are too weak to actually kill someone in RO,so they'll be even weaker in RL if the enemies are more resistant.Too,the only attack I ended up using was the dash attack, because it was the only strong one, along with the punch charge+throw, but it didn't look as cool as in R1 and it was very slow to wait till the punch is charged. For health,I'd bring back R2's system instead of having the heart one.Or maybe R1's one could work too, with the P's and all that.I liked the speedrun,I always try to run as fast as possible in platformers but I always die.Anyway, that sure made RO shorter, and, although I enjoyed running through levels,I'd make the game slower and harder, like in R1.

With a different name and a different art style in place, a different design style is all this game needs to really stand out as its own in the series. Just expanding upon the beat-em-up and exploration aspects would be nice, and a good contrast to Origins with its more fast paced, timing based platforming. I can't imagine that this should be hard to do though.Īs for the enemies having more resistance, I really hope they add hit points for both player characters and enemies, as well as include types of enemies who are less passive or pattern-bound, like ones that jump at you and attack you directly. Although the designers would have to really make the secret areas big, varied and interesting, so that going through the levels multiple times won't feel too much like the same thing over and over. It'd also add a layer of strategy to the game, as in which characters will you choose to get through each level the first time around? It would give more reason to go back and play previous levels, and give people more reason to play in Co-Op. Can we have that? That would be really cool! Hell, there hasn't been that much discussion about original ideas from members in general. El Dango wrote:Also, nobody seems to have an opinion on my 'different abilities' idea.
